Take a step back in time with a guided or self-guided tour of the museum, and daily guided tours of the historic Hezekiah Alexander Homesite.

Experience Charlotte’s past as a costumed docent takes you back to the 18th century. Guided tours of the homesite are available daily at 1:15pm and 3:15pm. Tours are limited to 20 people. Please register at the desk when you arrive at the museum, or call ahead for reservations. Groups may call in advance to arrange for a personalized tour and schedule.

Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more by advance reservation.

While you are at the museum and Homesite, experience Charlotte’s history with:
